14-Day Withdrawal Right

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of

14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without

having to provide a reason or incur any penalty.

Return costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a defective or

non-compliant product (see warranties).

We will process your refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the

same payment method as your original order. No refund fees will be charged to you.

In accordance with article L.221-28, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
