Delivery zones

We deliver throughout mainland France, as well as:

• Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands : 3-6 working days
• Switzerland (customs borders) : 5-8 working days
• United Kingdom : 5-10 working days (customs duties payable by customer)
• Germany, Austria : 3-6 working days

Preparation timeframes

Your order is prepared within 24 to 48 working hours after payment is received.

Bulky items (armchairs, furniture) may require 3 to 5 additional working days

for preparation.

Order tracking

An email with your tracking number is sent as soon as your order is dispatched. You can track

your parcel in real time from your customer account or via the carrier's link.

Delivery charges

• Free delivery on all orders in mainland France
• Express delivery and Europe: free depending on zones served (see basket)
• Bulky items: delivery by appointment with installation option available

Parcel receipt

We recommend you check the parcel's condition in the presence of the delivery driver. If the

parcel is visibly damaged, refuse it or make precise dated reservations on

the delivery note, then contact us within 48 hours.

Absence at delivery

If you are not at home, the carrier will leave a calling card. You generally have

10 days to collect your parcel from a collection point or post office.
