Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern the contractual relationships between
Altiaro SAS, operating the website Élévation specialising in the sale of
riser recliner products, and any consumer customer.
Article 2 — Order
The order is confirmed after customer confirmation and full payment of the price.
A confirmation email is sent automatically. The contract is concluded at the time of
this confirmation.
Article 3 — Price
Prices are stated in euros including all taxes (VAT), excluding delivery charges.
Delivery charges are specified before order validation.
Article 4 — Payment
Payment is made by bank card via our secure payment provider Mollie.
Transactions are encrypted (SSL). Altiaro SAS does not retain any banking data.
Article 5 — Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2 to 5 working days. Delivery time varies depending on
destination (mainland France: 2-4 days · Europe: 4-8 days). A tracking number
is provided by email.
Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of
14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without
having to provide a reason. Return costs are borne by the customer.
Refund is processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
Article 7 — Legal Warranties
All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the
warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with Articles L.217-4 and following
of the Consumer Code and 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
Article 8 — After-Sales Service
For any questions, complaints or return requests, contact our customer service at
contact@l-vation.fr. We undertake to respond within 48 working hours.
Article 9 — Mediation
In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, the customer may resort free of charge to the
competent consumer mediator, in accordance with Article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code.
Article 10 — Applicable Law
These TCS are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts
are exclusively competent.
